What This Page Is
This is a view-only page for checking the current day's court availability and reservations across Woodbridge Village Association tennis and pickleball facilities. No reservations can be made here.
You can always view the day's posted schedule at the corresponding facility as well.
How It Works
This site is fully automated. Each night, WVA's reservation system (CivicRec) generates daily facility reports for the following day. Those reports are automatically processed and published to this page each evening around 10 PM.
Display Limitations
Due to a limitation in how CivicRec generates its reports, some facilities with a high number of reservations may produce a report that is too large to be processed automatically. When this happens, that facility's schedule cannot be displayed on this page and a notice will appear in its place. The full schedule will still be posted at the facility.
Making a Reservation
To reserve a court, visit rec.wva.org to register for a resident account and follow the instructions there to book a court.
